Angela Nagel is a mortgage professional who has been originating loans since 2003. She originally started her career with one of America’s leading mortgage lenders, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and gained a wealth of knowledge of all the ins and out of mortgage lending. She has been through the mortgage spiral of subprime lending through the meltdown that occurred in 2008, and is spearheaded through the many different changes that occurred during that time. She is now with Prospect Mortgage, where she has many different tools and alternative mortgage lending products that many of her competitors lack in today’s mortgage lending world. Angela is also an expert on FHA 203K Renovation Lending, a program particularly well suited for buyers of fixer-uppers and REOs in need of repair. The first loan she ever originated was an FHA 203K loan back when she started her originating career in 2003 with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She has since closed over hundreds of FHA 203k loans, along with the counterpart Conventional version which is called the HomeStyle® Renovation loan.
